It has five radiant elements. This is a used item please expect scratches, scuffs, or scrapes. Please examine the pictures carefully. The surface of the left bottom burner shows some scratches. In addition, the paint on some knobs has been chipped, and the vent cover is chipped underneath and shows exposed metal. I leave sand/ and or painting up to you. Please look at the pictures carefully. What you see is exactly what you get, nothing more or less. I have tested this appliance, and it works (see pictures and video).Most of our items are from our local area. We do our best to test all items to the best of our abilities and clearly state their condition if testing has been completed. What you see is EXACTLY what you get, nothing more or less. Any testing that has been done will be listed in the description.
Please un-pallet your item and check it for any damage before you sign the paperwork and before the driver leaves!!! It may or may not have a frame around it and/or crate. We leave feedback as soon as we get feedback from you. If you have any problems with your item, please let us know ASAP so we can do our best to resolve any issues. If it's not in the picture, it probably doesn't come with it.
We do not accept responsibility for damage after the item leaves our location. It will leave our building in good condition. Please inspect your items upon receipt.
Even though we crate, palatalize, and use protective materials on our items, we sometimes cannot control mishandling or damages that may occur while in transit. If there is any damage, it must be indicated on the Bill of Lading that the driver gives you to sign. If you do not examine the merchandise and you still sign for it, you will NOT be able to file a claim or hold the shipper responsible. If your item has been crated, please expect to uncrate it and inspect it before the driver has left and before you sign for it.A driver is obligated to wait. If you are running a business out of your home, you are still classified as a residence.
This means that it must be lowered to the ground from the truck, which is usually 3-5 feet off of the ground. You must have the tools and manpower to uncrate/unpallet your item and bring it inside. The driver is not required to provide any tools or assistance. We test every piece we are capable of, prior to sending it out. We sell our equipment at a deep discount from the new price and want you to consider it as NOT WORKING regardless of the pictures so you understand that if you need a part like a thermostat or something...
We do not account for this. Your cost to repair and recharge the system should be minimal.
Please understand we do not send an item that is not working unless specifically stated as such, so any refrigerated item that is not cooling once received probably needs to be checked out on your end. Again, we sell our equipment at a deep discount compared to the cost of new equipment. We cannot then be expected to make a repair as well. This is why we make sure it works properly before sending it to you the customer.
