Should I accept or refuse a damaged item? Unless the damage is minor, we suggest you refuse the item. However, if you decide to accept a damaged item, you are accepting the complete responsibility of noting damage and filing any and all claims and appeals directly with the carrier. We will be more than happy to offer any information that we may have available in order for you to handle the claim.
